Create and invite a new user

When an user is added to LeadSnap, he or she will receive an invitation email by default. This email contains a temporary password and instructions on how to activate their account and login. You can uncheck this option when creating a new user if you do not want them to receive an invitation email.

Steps

1. On the left menu, click on "Users", then "Add New User".
2. Fill out the new user information.
3. Select the user role. If you are not sure what each role can see and do, click on the little question mark icon beside it for more information or here.
4. You can create a password for the user or if you leave this field blank, the system will create a password for them. They can change it later if they like.
5. Click on the Submit button.
6. Congratulations! Your new user was created and will now receive an email with instructions to activate their account and login.
